What Shipping Method Does Crichi Store Use?

We use the service of many different shipping companies: USPS, DHL, FedEx...

What Countries Does Crichi Store Deliver To?

We can deliver orders to most countries in the world. Goods are sent from our warehouse by courier and delivered directly to your door (home or company address).

If An Item Is Missing A Manual

Some of Crichi Store products are supposed to ship with a manual, but sometimes:

  • The manual just isn’t very good, and you need more help.
  • We forgot to include it in the box.
  • The product is new and came with a poor manufacturer manual, so we removed it.
  • The manufacturer thought this was B2B only, so no manual was made.

Here’s how we’ll help:

  • Contact us with your order number and product code.
  • Explain what manual is missing or what feature you need help with.
  • If missing by mistake, we’ll send you a download link.
  • If no manual exists, we might be creating one ourselves and will send it once ready.
Note: Currently we only offer manuals in English.




If An Item Is Missing Accessories Such As Earphones Or A Cable

  • Double-check the product description on Crichi Store to make sure those items are supposed to be included.
  • If they are truly missing, contact us with:
  • Your order number and product code.
  • Photo evidence and reference photo from our site if possible.
  • If confirmed, we’ll send you the missing part free of charge.




If Your Delivered Items Miss Some Of Its Parts

If a key part is missing from your product upon delivery:

  • Contact us with your order number and product code so we can identify the missing part.
  • For major/expensive parts, it may be treated as a “lost/stolen in delivery” case.
  • For small parts or accessories, we will most likely re-send it directly to you.

If You Receive A Multi-Item Delivery With Some Items Missing

  • Unpack everything carefully – smaller items may be packed inside bigger ones.
  • Check your order status and emails – we may split the delivery into multiple shipments.
  • Still missing something?
  • Contact us with your order number and the item(s) missing.
  • If we confirm they were packed but not received, the item may be lost/stolen in shipping.

In such cases:

  • File a formal complaint with the courier using the tracking number.
  • Provide us the confirmation of your complaint.
  • We will wait for the courier’s decision. If approved, you’ll be offered a refund or reshipment – your choice.
Note: Courier claims may take time. If urgent, consider placing a new order in the meantime.




If There Is Some Problem Receiving The Delivery Due To Customs

Most of the time, customs clearance is straightforward.

Reasons to stay confident:

  • Crichi Store provides all required documents.
  • Most consumer electronics are easily importable.
  • Couriers usually handle customs clearance.
  • Any import duties or taxes are typically paid upfront by the courier, and you pay them upon delivery.

If problems arise:

  • Contact us and we’ll assist in speaking to the courier on your behalf.
  • If items are rejected due to country-specific restrictions, it is your responsibility.
You must check local import laws before ordering. We cannot compensate for failed deliveries due to legal restrictions or your lack of response to customs.




Can I Pay COD – Cash On Delivery?

No. We only accept advance payments.

My Product Has A Problem! What Can I Do?

Step 1:

Check the manual included – many issues can be fixed via installation, restart, or accessory adjustment.

Step 2:

For complex items (Car DVD Players, GPS, TV Boxes), consult a technician to confirm it’s a fault, not mis-installation.

Step 3:

If confirmed faulty:

  • Contact us with your order number, product code, and steps you've tried.
  • We’ll review your case and offer a return under warranty.




What If The Product Is Broken?

If the product is faulty and still under warranty (not physically damaged):

  • You can return it for repair.
  • Contact us to get an RMA number before sending anything.
  • You pay return shipping; we pay to send back the repaired/replacement item.

Submit an RMA request after your order is delivered. See the warranty time frame for eligibility.

2. What If I Didn't Apply But A Support Agent Offered A Solution?

Check your RMA status in your Crichi Store account under RMA List.

3. Will You Follow My Chosen RMA Solution?

We follow your request if it aligns with our warranty policy.

4. What If I Don't Need To Return The Item Anymore?

Inform customer service and they will close the RMA for you.

5. What If I Find More Problems With Other Items?

Submit separate RMA requests for each issue/order. We will resolve one issue at a time.




Warranty And RMA Applications Process

  1. Log into your Crichi Store account.
  2. Go to the Order needing service.
  3. Click My TicketsSubmit TicketsReturns & Exchange.
  4. Select a reason and RMA Type (refund, replacement, etc.).
  5. Add order number, product, and explain the problem in detail.
  6. Upload relevant photos/videos.
  7. Enter your contact info and submit.
  8. Fill in the “Subject” and explain the item’s problem in details in “Message”.
  9. Upload pictures and/or a video displaying the item’s issue. This will allow our Customer Service team to confirm the problem and resolve it to your satisfaction for you faster.
  10. Please input your contact information along with the verification code, then click “submit”.

When Must I Return The Item?

Within 7 days after the RMA status is marked “Waiting For A Return”.

How Long For Your Warehouse To Receive The Item?
