I Ordered Multiple Items But Only Received One
Our products are sourced from multiple warehouses. When you order more than one item, they may ship separately for faster delivery.
So don't worry if you receive items at different times — the rest of your order is on the way.

I Sent An Email But Got No Response
Can The Order Be Delivered To Multiple Addresses?
No.
If you want to ship to different addresses, please place separate orders for each one.
Do You Offer Delivery To PO Boxes Or Military APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking will not update after entry into the military system for security reasons, and we will no longer have visibility of the shipment.
We require customers to pay in advance 100% of the order amount including shipping costs if any.
